He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Eberlein and Gladys Eberlein (Messerschmidt); and his siblings, Alvin, Calvin, Melvin, Fern Otteson, Lorraine Berkland, Lavada Schlotman and Joyce Eberlein.
He is survived by: his wife Athene Uhlir; his daughter Peggy Kincaid (David); his grandchildren, Amanda Cloud (Sam), Ryan Falch and Ben Kincaid; his son Greg Eberlein (Phoenix); his granddaughters, Samantha and Amelia; his son Christopher Eberlein (Kelly); his grandchildren, Sally, Sophie and Eston; and his sister-in-law Rudella Eberlein. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The Eberlein family is grateful for memorial contributions in Delvin's honor to the Excellence Fund in Electrical Engineering at the South Dakota State University Foundation.
