David T. Gehring Obituary
The memory of David T. Gehring of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 24, 2025 at the age of 74, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Gehring and Donaldeen Gehring (Hovland); and his parents-in-law, Anna (Dumars) and William S. McLeod, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Gehring (McLeod); his children, Matthew (Jason Hed), Nathan (Erin) and Meghan (John Lecy); his grandchildren, Josie, Beckett, Hokan Gehring, Scout and Warren Lecy; and his brother Richard Gehring (Linda). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and several close friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (202 W Grand Ave, Eau Claire, WI 54703). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Lakeview Cemetery (1500 Buffington Dr, Eau Claire, WI 54703).
In lieu of flowers, Dave's family prefers memorials directed to the Chippewa Valley Railroad; the Flying Eagles Ski Club; the Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps; or Grace Lutheran Church of Eau Claire.
