She is survived by: her mother Karen Gierke; her children, Erica Niederhauser (Eon), Amanda Nelson (Peter) and Shane Jiskra (Chloe); her brothers, Chris Gierke (Rachel) and Troy Gierke; and her grandchildren, Izaiah (Amy), Izabella, Maurice and Larissa.
