She was predeceased by: her parents, Christian and Betty; her husbands, Norman Oster and Paul F. Nolting; her daughter Ruth Ahrens; her siblings, Harold (Millie), Alfred (Vera Jean), Norman (Ella), Doris Kurth, Dorothy (Donald Rabenberg), Kathryn (John Hinker) and Barbara (Alfred Hamre); and her siblings-in-law, Bob Hamre, Irma Wamhoff, Erna Smith, Viona Seals and Delora Tarno.

She is survived by: her sons, Glenn (Harriet) of Lexington, SC, Dennis (Chris) of Eau Claire and Dave (Mary) of Sioux Falls, SD; her grandson Jon Oster of Eau Claire; her sons, Dan (Kelley) of Dallas, TX, Phil (Cheryl), Darin (Kathy) of Eau Claire and Gerald (Anya) of Eau Claire; her son-in-law Dennis Ahrens (Carol) of Valentine, NE; her children, Sue (Steve Lentz) of Eau Claire, Paul Nolting (Sara) of Valentine, NE and Beth (Mark Kranz) of Eau Claire; her sister Margie (Elmer Wagner); and her siblings-in-law, Bob Kurth and Gladys Schulz. She is also survived by relatives in the extended family and many friends in her church family.
