He was predeceased by: his father Leslie "Les" Berg; his sister Lindy; and his grandfathers, Robert Byington and Everett Berg. He is survived by: his mother Lori Berg (Byington); his wife Jenni; his children, Hadley, Audrey, Ellie "Eelee" and Cade; his grandmothers, Carol Byington and Ann Berg; his uncle Lane Berg (Amy); and his aunt Robin Shue (Robbie). He is also survived by many cousins, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made to the Andrew Berg Memorial Fund at RCU to support mental health and recovery resources.
