He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Edward Holand II and Kathryn Marie Richards. He is survived by: his children, EJ Holand (Justine Holand) and Katherine Introwitz-Holand; his fiancé Bartholomew Carlson; his grandchildren, Arya, Eloise Holand and Armahni Introwitz; his sister Mary Kay Holand; and his pet Biscuit.

In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials in Albert's name for the family to designate a charity in the future.
