She is survived by: her children, Loyde (Penny), Bob (Sharon), Jim (Sue), Judy Hartmann (Tim), Sandy Klema (Donnie) and Deb (Chad Coburn); her siblings, Janet Noltner, Cliff Kramer (Kathy) and Andy Meiller (Bev); her grandchildren, Mandy (Nate), Mike (Teresa), Michelle, Donnie (Angela), Megan (Drew), David (Brittany), Jonathan (Whitney), Mathew (Katie), Andrew (Rayne), Tyler, Clayton, Tyra and Lucas; and her great grandchildren, Danielle, Brooke, Brendan, Patrick, Bobbi, Ivy, Ozzy and Beatrix.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Eastman Community Club, Eastman First Responders, the Eastman Fire Dept, or Buckets of Hope in memory of Pat.
