Irene Rau Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Rau (Eastman, Wisconsin), who passed away on March 18, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Check and Orpha Check (Mindham); her husband Clarence; her daughter Janet; and her siblings, Mildred Lessard and Harold Check.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Rau (Nancy), Joanne Corey (Bob), David Rau (Kathy) and Linda Carrington (Bill); her grandchildren, Brent, Brad, Kyle, Ethan, Joe, Brian, Lindsay and Erin; and her siblings, Catherine Forst (Gerald), Norma Gillitzer (John), Marilyn Pitzer (Arthur) and Thomas Check (Loretta). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
The family, further requests no flowers, and encourages donations to Agrace Center for Hospice and Palliative Care.
