With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Heather Lynn Kramer of Eastman, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Heather left this world on October 30, 2024 at the age of 45, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Rose; her grandparents, Kenneth, Rose Weisman, Ida and Clarence Pergande; and her sister Rose.
She is survived by: her fathers, Richard Pergande and Fay Pergande (Weisman); her husband Roy Kramer; her children, Rachel, Matthew (Melissa), Samuel, Isaac (Isabelle), Lydia, Madelyn, Colette, Paul, Cosmas and Damian Kramer; her brother Nick (Megan); her grandson Matthew A. Kramer; her grandparents, Calvin, Janice Kramer, Richard and Fay Pergande; and her nephew Matthew.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (960 Jefferson St, Fennimore, WI 53809). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
