He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Rick (Sharon), David (Eileen) and Connie; his grandchildren, Sara (DJ), Kristin, Steven (Elizabeth), Eric (Amy), Brian (Stormy), MaiLei and Hannah; and his great grandchildren, Elliott, Keaton, Madeline, Alice, Clare, Mary Grace, Anne, Henry, Simon, Bailey and Jameson.
