Henry G. Hubbell Obituary

Henry "Hank" George Hubbell, age 75, of East Troy, WI passed away peacefully at home on October 20, 2024. Born on November 17th, 1948, in Richmond, Indiana, he was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 44 years, Sue; his daughter Lindsay (Michael), his cherished granddaughters, Olivia (6) and Nora (3), and his sister Bobbie.

Hank loved traveling with his family, but his heart was truly at home on Booth Lake, where he found joy in creating countless memories with friends and family. An avid barefoot water skier and snow skier, Hank's adventurous spirit was matched only by his skills in carpentry, where he took great pride in his craftsmanship.

Hank graduated from Indiana University and had a successful career as a sales manager. After his first retirement, he embraced a new adventure as a lifeguard, sharing his love of water with others. He was active in his community, serving as a deacon at his church and as president of the Booth Lake board.

He leaves behind a legacy of love, reminding us of the importance of family and enjoying life to the fullest. His laughter and spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of Hank's life will be held Saturday, November 16, 2024 at the Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home (930 Main St. Mukwonago) at 11:00 AM. His family will greet friends from 10:00 AM until the start of the Service.
