Edward A. McCoy Jr. Obituary

Of East Troy, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2024 at the age of 71.

He is the loving and devoted husband of Krysia M. McCoy (nee Bialas) of 49 years; loving father of Holly (Christopher) Waschow, Edward A. (JoDee) McCoy III, and the late Amanda McCoy; proud Grandfather of Kameron, Maxwell, Colin, and Cole. He is further survived by his siblings Colleen (the late Kenny) Bobber, Art (Anna) McCoy, Maureen (Rick) Loehe, Kevin (Georgia) McCoy, and Eileen (Randy) Seaman, other relatives and many friends. Ed was preceded by his parents Edward Sr. and Phyllis McCoy.

Ed retired from Falk after 47 years as a accomplished machinist who took great pride in his work. He also drove school bus part time and the kids on his route, affectionately called him Mr. Ed. Always just a phone call away, he was willing to help wherever needed. He was a kid at heart and enjoyed playing Santa for years. He loved spending time with family and also on the water fishing. He was most proud of being a Grandpa and enjoyed spending time with his Grandsons whether it was camping, attending games and events, or helping coach baseball where he was lovingly known as "Coach Grandpa". He leaves behind a lasting impression of what a great man is.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 10th at the Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home (930 Main St. Mukwonago) from 4:00 PM until the time of the Service at 6:00 PM.
