He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Bergmann and Lucille Bergmann (Schwensow). He is survived by: his significant other Geraldine Mary Anglim; his aunt Dorothy; his daughter Jennifer Guyette (Evan) of Loganville, GA; his grandson Lukas Richard Guyette; his sister Claudia Tibbetts (Ken) of Princeton, WI; and his cousins, Sherry Leitner (Dennis) of Phelps, WI, Steve Felde of Milwaukee, WI and Pat Felde of Milwaukee, WI.. He is also survived by wife of 50 years who was also his devoted caregiver.
