The memory of Polly Ann Schwartzmiller of Eagle, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 19, 2025 at the age of 73, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hein and Evelyn Hein; and her siblings, Nancy Hein, Don Hein (Darlene) and Jimmy Hein (Donna).

She is survived by: her husband Carl; her children, Becky Kranz (Doug), Marc Schwartzmiller (Amber Dallman), Kevin Schwartzmiller (Kelly) and Janel Frievalt (Mike); her grandchildren, Fritz, Elsie, Norah and Jasper Schwartzmiller; and her brother Loran Hein. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Congregational United Church of Christ (815 S Concord Rd, Oconomowoc, WI 53066). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
