He is survived by: his daughters, Cassandra Cleghorn (Jeffrey Levine) of Pownal, Angela Bolan (Michael Bolan) of Cincinnati and Alicia Henson (Todd Henson) of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Oliver, Ripley, Eve, Jasper and Merrill; and his siblings, David (Brenda), Mary Lou Lee, Fred (Linda), Tim (Jessie), Roy (Rayanne), Char (Paul), Nick (Ann), Susanne and Marcia Kretis.
