He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Perry and Sandra Perry (Burich). He is survived by: his siblings, Julie Vitullo of Elkhorn and Michael Perry (Penny) of Livingston, MT; and his nieces and nephews, Isabella, Sabrina, Benjamin, John, Maxine, Deavin and Dominic. He is also survived by aunts, uncles.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gibson Family Funeral Home (499 Elkhorn Rd, Eagle, WI 53119). A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
