He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Smart and Esther Smart (Behling); his sister Elaine Raduechel; and his son-in-law John. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Smart of Eagle, WI; his children, Joyce, David Alan, Janice and Darlene; and his grandchildren, Jennifer (Nathan), Nicholas (Tiffany), Dannielle (Koty) and Jacob. He is also survived by his 5 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
