Carol Kwiatkowski Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Kwiatkowski (Eagle, Wisconsin), who passed away on September 20, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Heinrich and Elizabeth Heinrich (Gilane). She is survived by: her husband Robert Kwiatkowski of Eagle; her sons, Dr. Kurt Kwiatkowski (Laura) of Cedarburg and Kevan Kwiatkowski (Marta) of Mequon; her grandchildren, Christian, Madison, Camryn, Connor and Emily Kwiatkowski; and her siblings, Michael Heinrich (Renee), Sharon Croft (John) and Steve Heinrich (Renee). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Carol's honor may be made to the American Stroke Association, or the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
