He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Holtslander. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Holtslander; his grandmother Elsie Holtslander of Charleston, SC; his siblings, Sam Dunham, Joette Frain (Andy) of Chicago, IL, Kelly Marquiz (Kirk) of New Orleans, LA, Lisa Holtslander of Raleigh, NC, Michael Holtslander of Summerville, SC, Ernie Holtslander Jr. of Columbia, SC and Sara Cooper of Madison, WI; his aunt Mary Brock; and his uncle Harold Brock of Medina, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and 2 nephews.
