He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Ellen Holm; and his parents, Robert John and Arline Holm. He is survived by: his daughters, Stasha Kramsvogel of Kenosha and Shayle Berghammer (Nick Rogers) of Rhinelander; his sister Robin Lee Holm (David Wright); his grandchildren, Zane, Dylan, Drew, Logan, Hannah, Madyson, Emmaline and Haven; and his friend Geoffrey Pawlowski of Antioch. He is also survived by sisters and family; his German Shepherd – Annie; and many more friends.
