He is survived by: his children, Tom (Judy), Joe (Mary), Dan Mewbourn (Sue) and Susan Kurandt; his grandchildren, Megan Wohlleber, Amy Wohlleber, Cathryn Wohlleber, Max Wohlleber, Maggie Wohlleber and Karl Kurandt (Katy); his great grandchild Aliyah; and his sister-in-law Joan Mees.

In lieu of flowers memorials to the Lions Club are appreciated by the family.
