She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Pifke and Dorothy Pifke (Sheldon); and her daughter Robin Jones. She is survived by: her husband Harry W. Schmidt; her children, Wendy Epping (Scott) of Arizona, Sally Hoganmiller (Tim) of Merrill and Robert Wiessinger of Wausau; her stepchildren, Annie Justice (David) of Eagle River and David Schmidt (Crystal) of Eau Claire; and her brothers, Larry Pifke (Shirley) of Iron River and Allen Pifke (Sue) of Michigan.
