He is survived by: his son Perry A. Kuntz II of Eagle River, WI; his siblings, Dale Kuntz of Milwaukee, WI, Sandy Meyers (Phred) of Duluth, MN and Nancy Morris (Osbourne) of Moncks Corner, SC; his grandchildren, David Kuntz (Hanna), Monique Ingrilli (Tony) and Michelle Kuntz (John Arend); and his great grandchildren, Gabriella Ingrilli and Antonio Ingrilli.
