He is survived by: his wife Mya Joy Holoubek; his children, Dominic, Elliana and Remington; his parents, Barbara Rasmussen (Kevin) and Perry Demler (Anita); his siblings, Shannah Brinegar (Brad) and Jacob Demler; his grandparents, Rocky, Lyle and Carol Demler; and his parents-in-law, Mark and Kara Vander Bloomen. He is also survived by 4 nieces and nephews.
