He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Rockafellow and Pauline Rockafellow; his wife Jeanne; and his brother Paul Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Ann Marie Guenther (Michael), Aimee Jo Weston (Tom) and Max F. G. Rockafellow; and his siblings, Frederick James (Kathy), Joseph Neil and Susan Kay Ferriby (Richard). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
