He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hunter and Janice Hunter; his son Tim Howe; his sister Sharon Coleman; and his aunt Joyce Anderson.
He is survived by: his daughter Tina M. Recker of Tacoma, WA; his grandchildren, Jordan Recker, Joshua Recker (Amanda), Joseph Recker and Julyssa Recker; his brother Timothy W. Hunter of Troy, AL; his nephew Billy Mietus (Kerri) of Huntsville, AL; and his aunts, Beverly Numrich of Eagle River and Marilyn Nagle of Land O' Lakes.
