He is survived by: his former spouse Kelly Heckman; his children, Kasey Katusky and Anna Katusky (Nick Weyer) of Rochester, MN; his grandson Sylas; and his brothers, Lloyd (Julie) of Mondovi, WI, Jerry (Julie) of Faribault, MN and David (Paula) of Eveleth, MN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
