It is with great sadness that we announce the death of June Goethel of Durand, Wisconsin, born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 14, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tilman Benedict and Agnes Benedict (Charlamaigne); her husband Karl J. Goethel; and her sister Marlene McMillen (Benedict). She is survived by: her children, Karl Goethel (Milly), Michael Goethel (Susan), Elizabeth Schuster (Gary), Jennifer Eisenbraun (Daryl) and Nancy Brown (Chris); her grandchildren, Kelly LaMore, Justin Goethel (Abby), Sawyer, Paige, Ryan Goethel, Chad, Trent, Lee (Meghan), Kasey Eisenbraun, Taylor and Zach Brown; her great grandchildren, Preston, Kaelynn LaMore, Landon, Brynlee Goethel, Caiden, Trent Junior, Connor, Jacob, Molly Eisenbraun and Marley June Abrego-Brown; and her siblings, Shirley Morgan (Chet), Barb Murphy (Mike) and Stan Benedict.
