He was predeceased by: his parents, William V. and Hildegard Bauer; his wife Beatrice; his son Ronald "Joe" Bauer; his grandson Nathan Bauer; his stepson James Hill; his siblings, Carol Wolf, Eugene Bauer and Raymond "Sicky" Bauer; his brothers-in-law, Ray Poeschel, Bill Wolf and Rex Shuffler; and his nephews, Kurt Bauer, Bradley Bauer and Brent Bauer.
He is survived by: his spouse Myrna Hanson; his son Randy "Putter" (Tricia) of Menomonie; his grandchildren, Blake and Cale (Sarah Nichols); his stepdaughter Debbie Bilderback (Denis) of Cocoa, FL; his stepgrandchildren, Chad (Jodi), Shane, Joe (Mollie) and Jesse (Hollie); his sisters, Loretta Poeschel, Bonnie Bauer, Betty Shuffler and Ardith Parish (Mike); and his sisters-in-law, Dolly Bauer, Karen Bauer and Darlene Bauer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
