He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Ed" Melstrom and Ollie Melstrom (Whipple); and his wife Bev Melstrom. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Melstrom, Lori Melstrom, Karen Gruber (Bill), Jim Melstrom (Ruth) and Paul Melstrom (Anna). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
