He is survived by: his mother Ethel Odegard; his wife Kathryn; his children, Paul (Sara), Thomas (Chole), Brooke (Harrison) and Josie (Jake); his siblings, Dan (Deb), Mark and Tamie (Paul); and his grandchildren, Gianna, Madelina, Cullen, Declan and Patrick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brother and sister-in-laws, relatives, and close friends.
