He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Wahl and Lillian Wahl (Olson); his wife Lynda Dobbs; his sons, David Caldwell, Jeff Caldwell and Daniel Caldwell; and his siblings, Imogen Gilberts and David Wahl.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Caldwell (Valene) of Durand, Doug Carlson (Margaret Steindl) of Durand and Michelle O'Connell (Doug Fleming) of Menomonie; his grandson Merlin; and his children, Matthew, Taylor, Patrick, Trystin, Steven, Brittney, April and Amanda. He is also survived by four great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
