It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Thomas Buchholtz of Durand, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 12, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Daniel may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Daniel touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Buchholtz and Myrna Buchholtz (Larson); and his brother David. He is survived by: his children, Tracie Esterby (Andy) of Bay City, WI and Travis Buchholtz of Arkansaw, WI; his granddaughters, Katlyn, Megan, Madyson and Andrea Esterby; his brother Dennis Buchholtz of Naples, FL; his sister-in-law Donna Buchholtz of Rice Lake; and his nephew Jim Buchholtz (Heather) of Colorado.
