He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Holk and Sophia Holk (Kwasigroch); his son Peter Holk Jr.; his nephew Tim Holk; and his sons-in-law, Jon S Dick and Steve D Potter.

He is survived by: his wife Peggy Holk (Hupfer); his children, Anne Potter, Martha Dick and Paul Holk; his nieces, Judy Kowalewski, Jeanine Pyle and Joanne Holk; and his nephew Brian Holk. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great grandchild; and many other nieces, nephews.
