He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Hawkins; and his wife Barb Cook. He is survived by: his mother Marie Raine (Morff); his sisters, Terri Sharp (Robert "Chris") of Racine and Susan Jilek (Dan) of Caledonia; his daughter Alicia; his half-brother Edward May; and his sister Rika May. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
