He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Olstad and Jessie Olstad (Jacobson); his wife Pauline Bolden; his siblings, Bob, Clayton, Wally and Marion Kjernes; his siblings-in-law, Owen Kjernes, Carol, Joyce and Mary Ann; and his nephew Dale Kjernes.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie St. Michael of Milton, Debbie Fox (Butch) of Edgerton and Laurie Marose (Ken) of Drummond. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
