With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma L. Vanderwerf of Dresser, Wisconsin, born in Amery, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 24, 2023 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thelma L. Vanderwerf to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Hansen and Lelia Hansen; and her siblings, Jerry, Vern and Zoe.
She is survived by: her husband Duane Vanderwerf; her children, Linda Vanderwerf (Ed Thoma) and Mark Vanderwerf (Wendy); and her grandchildren, Justin Vanderwerf, Jordyn Darnell (Chuck), Ashlee Kleveland (Chris), Tyler Nelson and Kaitlyn Nelson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to Peace Lutheran Church.
