He is survived by: his children, Courtney, Sarah and Tim (Sierra); his wife Danette; his children, Coutney Whitney (Nathan), Vanessa Holman (John) and Leigha Lukavsky (Paul); and his grandchildren, Katelyn, Selah, Isaac, Violet, Evan, Poppy, David Whitney, Savannah, Madison, Braxton, Sloane Roberts, Evelyn, Autumn Holman, Ezra and Micaiah Lukavsky. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
