She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Ostenson and Tilly Ostenson. She is survived by: her husband Elmer Parel; her daughter Kathy; her grandchildren, Jessica (Matt), Ashley (Steve), Sean (Mikayla), Joshua, Cody (Tisha) and Kaitlin (Ryder); her great grandchildren, David, Lindsey, Janelle, Fiona, James Jr., Ivy, Jade, Sam, Gunner, Khylah, Caden, Aiden, Abel, Konnar, Harper and Henry; her children, LuAnn and David; her son-in-law Dana; her grandson Paul; and her great grandchild Kylie.
