He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Forrest and Georgia Forrest (Olson). He is survived by: his siblings, Connie Olson (Dennis) of Eau Claire, WI, Jo Ann Buss (Jon) of Amery, WI and David Forrest (Melinda) of Amery, WI. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews and many other loving relatives and friends.
