She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Mortenson; her children, Beatrice and Brian; her daughter-in-law Elizabeth (Bruce); her parents, Albert Hazel and Minnie Bell Hazel; and her siblings, Victor Harden, Isabelle Chinander, Royal Hazel, Devillah "Bill" Hazel, Lillian Nehring, Nina Hoverman, Bessie Bergeron and Helen Alwin.
She is survived by: her children, Lester (Pat), Bruce (Rita Rae), Doug (Karen), Roland "Sam", Louise (Leland Lueck), Glenn (Linea), Cliff, Jane (Randy Messer), Jim, Jerry (Alex), Dean (Sheryl), Rita Lee and Brad (Kim).
