He was predeceased by: his parents, Doc Raley and Myrtle Raley (Spurgeon); his wife Sandy; his children, Kassi, Dustin and Sara; and his siblings, Donald and Mary.
He is survived by: his children, Todd (Lisa), Tanya, Renee (Bob), Referd Jr. and Dan; his grandchildren, Taylor (Kyle), Mackenzie (Randy), Tiana, Dan, Owen, Hunter, Rachel, Brock, Lucas, Logan, Selena and Dustin; and his siblings, Wayne, Wanda, Jerry and Robert. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
