He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Haugen and Erva Haugen; and his brothers, Robert Haugen (Carol), Charles Haugen (Georgia) and Roger Haugen.
He is survived by: his wife Cordelle; his children, Rebecca Cotey (Thomas) and Heidi Haugen; his grandchildren, Christina Cotey and Danielle Radix; his great grandchild Oliver Buruin; and his siblings, Donald Haugen (Marilyn), Walter Haugen, Marge Montag (Bill), Beverly DeLyser and Audrey Dietsch (Roger).
