He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his sons, Michael and Jeffrey (Deborah); his grandchildren, Zachary, Elizabeth and Andrew; his siblings, Glenda Day (Larry) and Brent Farnsworth; and his brother-in-law Gregory Skoog (Nancy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
