She is survived by: her husband Scott Patrick; her children, David, Arik and Caitlyn; her mother Nancy Kaniasty of Milwaukee, WI; her brother David Hess (Lisa) of Arlington Heights, IL; her mother-in-law Karen Patrick of Dousman, WI; her sister-in-law Michelle Patrick of Palmyra, WI; and her nieces and nephews, Lauren, Emily, Paul, Jacob and Anthony. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
