He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Martin and Laura Martin (Prideaux); his wife Sally Jo Smart of Depue, IL; his great grandchild Grace Martin; his brothers, Stephen J. Martin and Howard; his sister-in-law Doris Martin; his stepbrother Harold Lulloff (Jane); and also, Harriet Starks (Earl), Mary Kasbeer (Charles) and Gayl Farris (Earl).
He is survived by: his children, William Martin (Mary Sheets) of Phelps, Laura Cisler (Gary) of Mineral Point, Todd Martin (Julie) of Dodgeville and David Martin (Rebecca) of Madison.
