He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Dammen and Alvilda Dammen (Everson); his significant other Joanne Enzenroth; and his brother Myron Dammen. He is survived by: his wife Carole Eicher; his children, Larry Dammen (Kay), Cindy Dammen (Roy Carpenter), Connie Anderson (Larry), Cathy Dammen and Carla Alexander (Richard Bauer); his sister Elaine Burnmeister; and his stepchildren, Greg Enzenroth (Szanne Kostreva), Kim Enzenroth (Dawn), Victoria Gile (Tim), Doug Enzenroth (Lynda), Rick Enzenroth (Michelle) and Craig Enzenroth (Lori). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren as well as many friends.
