He is survived by: his children, Dean Nelson (Linda) of LaCrosse, Neal Nelson (Kari) of Waukesha, Bruce Nelson (Kelly) of Kimberly, Nancy Boulet of Sierra Vista, AZ and David Nelson of Madison; his grandchildren, Heather, Heidi, Christopher, Ryan, Amber, Laura, Krista and Will; his great grandchildren, Avery, Anders, Dean, Graham, Naevia, Dresden, Taleen, Talia, Adam and Bryant; his sister-in-law Beverly Arity of Tomah; and his niece Madge Neuheisel (Leon) of Platteville.
