She was predeceased by: her husband James "Porky"; and her parents, Walter Leigh and Marie Leigh. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Vince, Corner Drug Store, Hannah, Cassie, Charlie, Joren and Sweat Shop; her children, Terry Forseth (Dawn), Kerry Miller (Terry), Amie Tremelling (Larry), Gene Forseth (Steph), Larry Forseth (Melanie), Laurie Forseth (Mike Martin), Lynn Cowlin (Jim), Lee Forseth (Marsy) and Lisa Johnsrud (Johnny); her daughter-in-law Angie Forseth; her son David Mortimer (Marsha); her siblings, Pat Sommerfeldt (Larry), Verna Batchelor and Brenda Foust (Terry); and her sister-in-law Delores Martin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to Agrace HospiceCare in Fitchburg for their "Care for All" program, which is a charitable care program – providing free or discounted care to those who need assistance paying for the care families need.
