He was predeceased by: his father Col. Harvey L. Jensen. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Jensen (Johnson) of Laguna Niguel, CA; his sons, Brian (Diane) of Mt. Horeb and Rick; his wife Leslie of Dodgeville; his sister Patti Borman (Doug) of Scottsdale, AZ; his daughter Erin Trainor (Jon) of Barneveld; his grandchildren, Tyler Jensen, Bailey Farrell (Luke) and Jakoby Trainor; his great grandchild Raymond Farrell; and also Raymond.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to Grace Lutheran or the Iowa County Humane Society.
